lowfruits LOL... You probably meant low hanging fruits (ie. long tail keywords, aka keywords that are easy to rank). But anyway, I got the point, but I found the term funny
Do I need anything else to start a niche site ? I'm thinking to change my site layout, do you guys have any good website layouts please lemme know
no idea what you mean by "layout" in the context of SEO. I mean, as long as the site meets the technical SEO requirements (mobile friendliness, speed, cleanliness and easy navigation, topicality and good silos, etc) the layout doesn't matter too much.
I think your main focus should be churning out content (use AI tools like ChatGPT since this is the craze nowadays), but make sure to manually edit it so that it doesn't look like AI content, and also - equally important - make sure not to overpost. Since your site is new you'll want to only post a few times a day / week instead of publishing 10k posts in 1 day / week. New sites just don't do things on scale, and this is one of the most important on-site SEO elements nowadays, google tends to penalize new sites that have 1000s of articles within the first week or month.
Just start off slowly (once a day is more than enough if the content is of quality), but keep publishing for months until your traffic picks up and starts snowballing, and then you can increase the publishing frequency if you want.
Optionally, you can also start building a few links here and there (point most of them to the homepage in the beginning, but not EXCLUSIVELY to the homepage, throw a few inner pages into the mix as well, maybe even some category pages if they're important from a ranking perspective)...
