    Hello,
I need help with EXcel 2007

    - I Scrapped 3million urls today, out of which many are EDU links.

    - I want to know how can I filter out the Edu blogs in the list, so that I can make a separate list for them. :)

    Thanks,
    Manu

are these url in one column or more than one?

Highlight all columns, then choose Data then Filters. Now click on column

choose customise, choose contain, input edu and click ok. This will hide anything that doesn't have edu in the cell.

It is very easy to do but hard to explain. If you want to send me a test file with few url then I can set up the filter so that you can copy rest of the data.
