    Hey,
I'm new to flippa - and I've got a PVA there but I don't understand - can the buyers phone you up about the website? And does anyone have experience with flippa? Do the buyers try to contact you after the sale ?
BTW I used the search here but couldn't find any relevant results :(

There is no way for the buyers to call you up. Its just a security feature for flippa, all contact is through the auction or PM

What the hell? It's just an auction site. It used to be known as "sitepoint market place" but was then moved on flippa.com. I sold 3 sites there. Why would you need a PVA for it?

Have you bought or sold a site on Flippa recently?

Whenever an auction ends, both the seller and the buyer get an e-mail which includes the other party's name, email address and phone number.

And in response to OP's questions - yes, smart buyers and sellers DO phone up the other party before completing the transaction because of the huge amount of scamming going on at Flippa. I've sold quite a few sites over there and have rang the winning bidder every single time the winner has been an account with not much feedback on their name.

i used that site that allows you to get your own american number for free.

Can't remember it now. If anyone could remind me, that would be awesome.

Just used that, and when they rang it answers and you can here the code.

    Then your account is PV
