Need help with EPN

Hey guys, so I'm based in the US, and my EPN account was made in india. When I go to tax information, here's what I get:

Certification of No U.S. Activities
Please sign and testify to the following information. By clicking Submit you agree that:

Publisher represents and warrants that it does not have any employees or equipment located in the United States ("U.S. Activities") that are involved in any way with the revenue that has been or will be earned by Publisher pursuant to the eBay Partner Network program. U.S. Activities include, but are not limited to, owning a Web server or owning a hosting service in the U.S., or having employees in the U.S. who are involved in either:

* setting up Publisher's Web server, hosting service, or Web site
* developing content for Publisher's Web site
* marketing to create a user base for Publisher's site
* telephone support for Publisher's site
* buying products for Publisher's site
* maintaining Publisher's site

The date and time of submission and your computer's IP address will be recorded when you click Submit information.

Now how am I suppose to go about doing this? Should I login with an indian proxy? Would they ban me if I put in my us tax information?

Please advise

You just have to click on the button that says 'Accept' or 'Submit Information', it'll record your IP, and if its non-US then you don't have to pay taxes.
 
just use an elite Indian proxy and u will do fine.

sorry didnt read your full post.
why dont u cease submitting tax info and
add a paypal which is Indian and verified by vcc.

anyway this is just a suggestion.i am not that experienced with epn.

How will I put in tax information if I'm suppose to pretend to be an indian citizen?

I'm confused lol.

You like to pay taxes :confused: Just use an Indian Proxy, get an Indian verified PayPal account, let EPN transfer the funds to that account, from there you transfer it to your own US account.. at least that's what I'd do.
