Ok so the majority of my back links are pointing to http://www.website.com, but I realized my home page indexed is url.com, and all other variations redirect to this. Am I not getting full link juice since all my links are pointing to http://www.website.com although it does redirect to the indexed url which is URL.com. Anyone offer me some help here?

bump really want to know if I need to set my home page canonical to where most of my links are pointing which is http://www.website.com vs website.com which is the indexed page on Google. And how to do it? Also does it matter if it redirects, does it just pass the juice on anyway?
