The buyer should have known that they're from fake accounts.... you can't force 5000 people to like a page.

At the same time, you should understand that if this escalates to a dispute, you're going to get the ban hammer from ebay/paypal.

I would offer the refund for removal of the feedback, or half a refund, something.

I hate "I can't give a refund" statements. If you can't issue refunds, you shouldn't be in business.

Wait a minute..are you selling likes on ebay? this will ban your account...its against ebay TOS to sell social media services.

Why didn't you tell him they were fake accounts up front? That's important information he would need to know. This is definitely a case for a refund. Refund him his money or accept the negative feedback. Find out if the Fiverr seller is legit before you hire them. This is the reason why.

I agree! When selling social media services you will run into tons of people who don't read what they're buying and will ask for a refund after the service has completed. I refund these types of people. Better to lose 1 sale than lose your account.
