Have you thought about what your agency's USP will be? It's a pretty saturated field with a lot of players in it so you'll need to somehow niche down if you want to achieve optimal results relatively quickly. Offering everything beneath the marketing umbrella is only profitable if you're a behemoth within the industry; it's not an ideal approach if you're just a newly established, up-and-coming agency.
