Hey guys I am not a big amazon seller, I sell very occasionally, just my own books. I sold a book some time ago and buyer received it march 2. today she emails me saying shit like "I am extremely disappointed" "the book is torn and marked up" none of this is true. The book was not torn or marked up when it left my hands. obviously her dog fucked it up and now she wants to return it. or wants to scam me 50% refund, IDK. what's going to happen now? how does amazon handle these things? what's in my best interest, answer her, dont answer her? and if she leaves me 1 star feedback, can I also leave her 1 star feedback?
