need help with adding pop-up toolbar

    hi. guys (I know im gonna get alot ppl saying "READ DUMBASS" well im sorry im not good with scripts.

    im having a problem trying to put a pop-up on my blog im not good @ javascripts if you guys can tell me where to put the javascript it would be cool here the exsample:
