Need help with Adclay PPD website

Can some one help me out on how to become a registered member of adclay a PPD website. I registered on the 5th 0f February 2015 but my account is yet to be reviewed. I sent several email and also commented on their thread but they haven't reply to any of my email. I hope to get someone that will help me out in becoming a registered member or recommend an alternative PPD website excluding cleanfiles, that pays via payoneer with weekly payment option.:sad:
