Need help with a spammer on my site!

Hi guys

i love this forum even tho this is only my second post i have been here a while.

I own a adult video streaming site, its taken me a soild 6 months to build it up up to a measly 3000+ uniques a day. But these are 90% US and from whitehat sources.

anyways, i have this twat of a troll that for the 4th day in a row has joined my site (which is free) and spammed about 20+ videos comments with his crappy website url and "go here for better videos" link!

if i could get my hands on this punk i'd throw him to the lions!!

Anyways, i've kindly emailed him saying that i'll report him to his webhost and his advertising networks (blacklabelads and adult ad world) for being a spammer! But i'm not sure if this is enough of a fright!

Any other suggesting guys??

Are you able to ban his website url with what ever script you are using?

do you know his IP address? you can block his ip or country IP block if hes outside the US you said you have mainly US traffic so blocking a country shouldnt be too bad?

never done the block country IP myself but heard its possible,,,

although if hes using a proxy that wouldnt stop for too long...

You can block an ISP altogether

That would not help for too long.

Instead make him your friend, that will be long lasting.

Also you can JV some blackhat with him in the future as well.
