Need Help! VoIP Provider Is Dropping Us. If You Have Experience With One Please Post Here.

    As the title says, our VoIP provider has put us between a rock and a hard place. We were in the process of testing a new provider and decided to go with them only to find out it's full of bugs. We actually have a ex-employee of the new VoIP provider we chose on staff at our call center and he told us the reason he left them was because of the terrible service. In fact, he was able to state our problems exactly and our IT team hadn't even informed him of the problems we were having but he was spot on.

    We have researched a lot of VoIP providers over the past year and even had multiple consultations with at least 3 or 4 other companies. If you run a call center or have had experience with a great VoIP software and or VoIP/CRM solution please let me know.

    call Erik at Dieltel. rock solid I use them for political voice bracasting and call centers that are up and shut in three months.
