Hi i have an account with 1.9M followers that I have had since 2011. It got hacked (unknown how) username email and Pass Changed on 12/18/15 On 12/21/15 Twitter Sent me a email to regain access and confirm my account again. 1 hour later Twitter has locked me out. (at least the hackers are off the account) But i have tried countless tickets (probably like 15 or more) and each time i get the same Robot Response. ""Hi, Unfortunately, we?re unable to verify you as the account holder and cannot assist you in accessing the account. If you know which email address is associated with your account and you no longer have access to that email,"... message I am sending from the email i made my account with in 2011 and I am even providing ads.twitter.com invoices, amounts and times. as evidence i owned! Email history. including the email that was on it since 2014 up until last friday 12/18/15 but still it seems i can only get robot responses saying they cant confirm. What do I do? does anyone have any clue what I can try? I have the twitter ads departments phone number and ive tried calling them but they try to make me continue sending tickets. This is so bad. I control the email that was on the acc for the last 1.5 years AND the email that i made the account with. Why would they give it back and then take it away again if they didnt already confirm I owned?
