Need help to tell me if I should create my own shpify or have I overlooked something?

I am working with US based Home and Garden niche brand. Currently they already has a established Amazon store, but after the ads and other costs in Amazon there is not much net profit left, so they started a shopify store and hired me for the SEO.

I have been working with them since June 2023, and the all sales now come from organic traffic, they did not run any google ads or facebook ads. Now monthly sales is around $5000 and keep growing. I am now wondering, if I can get their sales that growing and the actual cost (SEO cost) is not that high, maybe I can start my own dropshipping store as well?

Does the shopify store growing sale has something to do with their established Amazon store or it is because my SEO work bring the traffic?

Should I create my own dropshipping store and use my SEO to boost the traffic? or something I missed here.

Did you not sign any anticompetitive documents?

No, now look back the sales goes to $6500 per month now and the SEO cost is still low, I think I can start a dropship store then.
