Need help to stat clickbank affiliate

Hi mates I am new here by some friends suggestion I choose clickbank can anybody tell me what is procedure to start
I read some articles but not useful.

You will have hard times making sales with poor english, so you should learn the language first. Don't get me wrong, my english sucks as well.
You may start freelancing, that's what i did...

Marketing is about creative writing. You won't be able to write your content and optimize your lp-s. Ok, you can outsource but it will you get what you pay for. Outsourcing requires time to find quality freelancers who can be turned into profit.

I'm not talking from experience, so any pro IM-er pls correct me if i'm wrong.
