As long as it's .com, .org, or .net, you'll be good, those are the best 3 for ranking on Google.

i think .com is best then .net
for example if i have mykeyword.com <<<<<<<<not available
mykeywork1.com is available is not good instead of mykeyword..net ?

I'm surprised that you've decided on only one long-tailed keyword! Isn't there absolutely no other, no better substitute which others have missed and which can be as good? IMO, broaden your horizons. :)

fined domain .com, .org then .net if these 3 are not available go for adding extra work ar a letter.

yourkeyword.net will be better than yourkeword1.com.

Always go for the Exact Match Domain in .com, .org or .net if you can, THEN you can add an extra letter if those 3 are taken.

As for my experience .com, .net and .org don't have much of difference

Go for .net domain if the com is not available. I have multiple net domains with long tail keyword and they are very successful. Actually my #1 site which brings the most money from adsense is a net domain, not com!

.net ranks equally well as much a .com would. I've several sites with .net/.org domain with which i could beat .com sites pretty easily. as long as its a tld i.e. com/net/org it doesn't makes much difference. .com is definitely more preferable due to its popularity and ease in remembering though it doesn't makes much difference for search engines.
