Need help selling a niche site.

I have been working on my site over the past few weeks and in the next few days it will have 15 unique articles on it. It is targeted towards a keyword ~250,000 results in google and is on page 39 for that keyword. I have done some backlinking for it and have done onsite SEO. It is run by wordpress and has a nice theme. There is barely any revenue and traffic.


So I really don't know where I could sell this. Could I get more than $100 for this?
