Need Help please

Hey blackers

I am facing an error with this html css landing page I wanted to remove this little bar from this landing page (please see screenshot number 1) I tried to delete the code of it from the index file but it ruined the whole landing page. also I had another issue with this landing page when I write something long on the email section of the landing page it goes out of the bar (please see screenshot number 2) I am asking someone here that is experienced in html and css and can help me with to fix this two issues it will be very appreciated.

Can you share at least markup code? Seems, that it has some dependency with php or js code. Is that a search bar?

Would need to see code - Im sure you just deleted it wrong, it shiuld work. Or you could just set visibility to false or something like that. But cant help without code
