Its funny how many people want to "generate leads".
Leads are not generated they are claimed by hard work.
First of all, you need to produce content and publish it on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or whatever. The content should be targeted to the niche you're promoting.
Great content - Great leads.
If you are producing high-quality content on Instagram, for example, you get comments, views, likes and followers. this is the best and only way to succeed.

There is no such things as gauranteed. It also depends on the type of business. For example, you can buy pop-up ads for as cheap as 0.0001 and get super cheap traffic. But will it convert? Maybe, but maybe not. It's all about testing, testing, and more testing and losing money initially until you find your 'right spot' that works.

The cheapest method I use to generate good targeted leads is through Facebook Ads. So long as you have a landing page that meets the requirements of Facebook and your offer fits the requirements you will generate good solid leads, and the more ads you create through facebook; the cheaper it gets to generate leads. Hope this helps.

you need to create good content which will gain popularity among people. means will get lot of shares, views, likes and comments in fb, twiter, pinterest, instragam etc.

Generate the quality content, create video or make it live sometimes according to your product & services and share that on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.. and then you will definitely get good qualified leads.

Although, really creating the quality content, video & ads is not easy & cheap and if you have that guts then it will be cheapest for you.
Because, quality advertising for any business will take 360 degree deep research, analysis & then implementation as well and it will cost you & everyone.
