    Hi,

so, i've started looking on a table from smartpagerank to see how the PR calculation works: http://smartpagerank.com/pagerank-calculation-chart.php

i've then extended the table to see how many backlinks are required for PR 4, Pr 3 and so on. The extended table can be seen on imageshack: http://postimage.org/image/hxasw1l8b/

What i'm trying now to achieve is # of pr 0 links to get Pr 1, Pr 2 , etc ...
I can't seem to get to the bottom of this, so maybe i can get some help with this, either by extending the table or with an outside the box solution, maybe ?

You need to take the quality of the backilinks in to consideration as well

No offense, mate, but that original table you're referring to is bullshit.

Pagerank is a solution of eigenvalue equation, and there is no table that can summarize that. If there was, people wouldn't invent numerical methods to solve such an equation.

There is a simplified version of the algorithm on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PageRank . However, you will need to scrape the same amount of pages as on Google index prior to calculating.
