    Hi All,

I am only really getting into making money online atm so some questions:

what is the best way to monetise a content blog with decent traffic..say about 4,000 uniques per month.

Is that enough traffic to make decent money from?

I really am not sure how to monetise them as I usually sell physical products so the world of adsense etc is pretty alien to me.

The reason I ask is because I have access to two blogs with that sort of traffic.

    Thanks,

    Openside

Well I normally try to answer questions that have zero responses for the better good of the community and I think you should browse more through the forum and you will find your answer.

But for a quick response here it goes.

If it's just a blog about someones life or some randomness then go with adsense.

In fact get an ad rotator and go with adsense anyways. Then if it's a niche maybe find some amazon affiliate stuff or other CB stuff to add.

Then find out what works if you get the highest CTR with adsense and it out does Aff sales then you know the direction you should go.

This is just half the battle as what really matters is your content and finding out the best product for it.

4000 people is not a lot but replicate 10 more blogs like that and you will be fine. It also matters how many pageviews you can pull out of it. Maybe those 4000 people visit 5 pages each generating 20k views and with an ad rotator you can really buckle down and make some $$.
