Need Help: Is it possible to transfer from PayPal to mastercard

Can anyone guide me that how is it possible to transfer money from PayPal to My Master Card/Debit Card. Situation is: I am using indian PayPal and i want to transfer money to my International (worldwide) Master Card ( payoneer debit/master card).
