    Hello,

I've encountered a really big problem - I have two sites whitch are exactly in the same topic/niche and the problem is that one ranks and other does not.

Site that ranks has nearly 0 content and is older than the second one it started to rank after penguin 3.0 rolled out what I did is threw a few 100's links to diversity the anchor profile whitch is in good shape now after that I thought the site will probably go down because this is not possible that it ranked so high without content and links ( I didn't point any high pr links or any valueable links to it ) yet it still is in very high position for really difficult keyword. Also this site doesn't have ANY High pr links nor pbn posts nothing valuable.

Now for the second site I started building it around 2 months ago it has good unique and hand written content by me and then checked by fluently english speaker after that I started link building to it and diversitying my anchor profile and pointed high pr links and high pr blog posts to it every seem's very good the anchor profile, links - I bought them from seo company that I had success with in the past. Yet the site still remains out of google! Whitch is impossible...

Before anyone say's "Give links more time" - I've waited around 2+ month now after service for high pr links and pbn posts is finished and site still is out of google I mean its not in top 300 on any word only showed on yahoo.

One thing I need to point is that I have exactly one link from the second site to the first one with my niche keyword - now my question is:

    1) Second site is not ranking because it has one link from the second site to the first one? And that is why second site pushes all the power to the first one?
    2) Google know's I have 2 sites in exactly same niche/topic and is not allowing for the second site ( younger one ) to rank?
    3) How do I remove footprints so google doesnt know two sites belong's to me?

I hope for some help from you guys because that's really wierd what's going on here.

    It could have been penalized?

I don't have the exact answers for you, but if you don't already, you need to have these domains hosted on different IPs, name servers, etc. This is very important. This is how Google has been penalizing PBNs. Also, check out 2nd sites' metrics such as DA, PA, Indexed Content... all plays a huge role now after Pigeon update. The age of a domain now ranks way higher then a site with just lots of back links.

I have your exact case but my second website is on page 3 (with higher quality links), and the one with bad quality links/content is on page 1.
I have these 2 sites hosted on the same vps (different in the last number only), my second website is built on an old domain was in the same niche.
Your case is strange that your second domain is not in the top 100, the only explanation is it is penalized. But as I told you, my two websites are in the exact same niche, targeting the same keywords, hosted on the same vps. And I have seen a lot of my competitors have the same setup as me with 2, or even 4 websites all ranking in the top 100
