Do you know any free or paid service where I can get free USA Phone number where I can choose the area code and I can forward the calls to another Country Cell Phone ??

go to vumber.com its free for like 1 month or 2 and its very nice, even after that its only 1.99 per month. You get a phone number in the area code of your choice and then that number gets forwarded to your cell phone or whatever. You can even call out with the number from your cell phone.

Try a VOIP. I have used Vonage and now have MagicJack. Then you can answer the phone right there (wherever you are) and no need to forward.
