    Hello People,

    I decided to create a site. I planned my homepage to be with a couple of images written using JavaScript and placing the content which contains my targeted keywords inside the image and no where else in the homepage. So the site will look like this "A banner made using JavaScript which will scroll continuously and my content inside it, below that are the links to navigate the site". The important thing to mention here is I wrote the program with the content above the JavaScript and not inside the JavaScript but on the browser it will be displayed inside the banner. My problem is will the spider read my content and take it as a legal content and display my site in SERP for my targeted keywords? If not I need any alternate ways to display my content inside the image but viewable to search engine spider but don't want to trick the search engine spider. I badly need help in this matter from you Masters out there....

    Hey,

    Just use a css stylesheet, link to it like this

    Code:
    <head>
    <link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' media='screen' href='path/to/stylesheet.css' />
    </head>

    The in the body of your page use this

    Code:
    <body>
    <div id="container">
    <p>This is the first paragraph of your text</p>
    <p>This is the second paragraph of your text</p>
    </div>
    </body>
    Then create a stylesheet, in this example mine is called stylesheet.css ( look between head tags)

    In the stylesheet do something like this:

    Code:
    #container {
    background-image:url(path/to/image.jpg) no-repeat center top;
    width:300px;
    height:300px;
    }
    And to style the font inside the container you can do this:

    Code:
    #container p {
    color:#000;
    font-size:12px;
    text-align:left;
    font-family:Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, sans-serif;
    }
    Hope that helps
