::::::::::::Need help for facebook ads:::::::::::::

hi guys,

I am going to but Facebook VCC to verify my Facebook Advertisement account. I don't have CC. So, how am I going to add funds later after I verify my Facebook account through VCC.

P.S A detail process to setup Facebook Advertisement would be great help.

I would be carefull with VCCs because facebook already banned me one of my acts when I used VCC. Maybe there was other reason but I seriously doubt it.
