Take a look at the site flipping section here: w-w-w.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f141-site-flipping/ and read some of the basic threads like "How much is your site worth?", "Site Flipping 101", etc.

Read everything you can and think how you can improve your auction. Also, it's usual for sites on flippa to not get many/any bids until some time has passed. It can be 3 days or 15. The important thing is getting actual interested buyers.

The only thing you can do now is wait until your site is in the "ending soon" section.

If you are just spending the minimum fee, you should make sure to place your website for auction on the right days and at the right time. Never schedule your auction such that it starts at weekend or ends at weekend. Starting an auction at around 8 to 10 pm (GMT) would give you better results. And of course you have to write a good sales letter backed with revenue and traffic figures.

Overall bids and sales have decreased in my opinion, after their stupid layout change.

    Anyone else experiencing this ?

You have a very nicely designed site - it has good visual appeal. Unfortunately, it appears as if your articles have been run through a bad article re-writer. Syntax and grammar are not very good, and this will turn off potential bidders. You have 2 bids and the reserve has been reached, so I'm not sure what else to tell you.
