Need help figuring out... what I need, haha

I need to get a couple of things accomplished, so I'll just throw 'em out there and hopefully you guys can recommend me a prog or two that can do one or more of these things.

--auto-register free e-mail addresses, either from a list of names I provide or just randomly

--auto-register to a particular couple of sites (about 5 or 10)

--spam comments to a direct page url I provide

Of course, free progs would be best, but if something does the job better I'd like to hear about it.
