(Need Help) Either python or imacros to delete first line in a .csv file

I have managed to put together all my scripts to post articles for me but I am stuck on having either Imacros or Python delete the first line in my .csv file. My .csv file contains two columns, one for user name and password. What I need is to have the first line deleted by a python script or have it skipped by Imacros so I can loop my script and have my Imacros script go to the next user name and log in and post my articles.

Any help on this would be much appreciated as I am kinda stuck on this issue right now. Thanks.

In iMacros you can skip the first line of a datasource by setting the !LOOP variable to 2, such as "SET !LOOP 2".
