need help developing an idea

Hi

I got a verified USA paypal account (that has those secure cards) and I used the cards to try to complete those "go green" offers trough a virtual private network (VPN) but it didn't work.

Do you guys have any other ideas of what could I do with it?

dont complete any adult offers, even if you cancel they bill you anyway. and even if you use a 1 time vcc they keep billing you. I just sent my paperwork in to reverse charges.

I did get my money back but its a pain in the ass.

If you do use paypal vcc write down the number and all info you used when you completed it.

that is not a problem, I can use the card once and cancel it with one single click. I just need tips on how I can make money with it

They still bill you if you 'close' the card. and they will keep billing you until you cancel. Most adult sites state that if you close your account within 24hours or another set time period after signing up you won't get billed and they stick to that.

Paypal is not suitable for black hat so I guess using it for some ebaying etc could suit you best, VCC paypal game is getting over now.

I know a guy who had the same problem, but it wasn't adult it was a monthly offer that kept billing.
