Need help converting my streaming site...

Hey guys, I've been working on my site live-footy-live.com for 6 months and its ranking pretty good in the engines for live footy and some other keys. Used to make a killing by selling memberships in the past on my previous site but just seems nobody has the cash anymore, can anyone recommend how best to monetise this now? Please dont say adsense as I can't get an account and hate those damn ads anyway lol

How much are you charging? Maybe lower the price, offer not just paypal but the ability to pay over the phone.
You'll be surprised that not much people have credit cards or paypal accounts, so this is where phone payment options come in.
