[Need Help] Collecting UK People Address

Hi guys...

i'm about geo targeting for UK people, and i need their complete address... any idea how to get them?

my niche is about personal loan, they've paid me $$$ for targeting US people, now i'm about expanding it to UK.

any input and sugestion would be appriciate.
