Need help buying domain that used to be a review site turned board/other languages?

So I found this good domain on expiredomains.net its about 8 years old. The beginning of its history is a review site but then as it goes on it becomes a vietnamese board which I suspect is full of reviews then finally ending with a thai blog post which I suspect is a redirect as theres a betting ad on it. I checked the backlinks and it doesnt have an adult website on it so im wondering if this is a good one to purchase..?

Its reused and abandoned 2 times. What makes you think that is worth even the registration price?

And yet is abandoned by the last 3 owners. It seems did not work out quite good for them. Look for clean domains, not reused.

Everyone has got an opinion about expired domains, but I agree with @AngelSeo. I would avoid sites that were obvious churn & burns. Asian text is a no-no for me.

Here are the filters I use on expireddomains.net when looking for domains to buy. See if your domain still shows up?

Domain Name Settings:

• no consecutive Hyphens
• no Adult Names

Dictionary Word Domains:

• English

Listing Settings:

• only Available Domains

Adwords & SEO Column / SEOkicks:

• Domain Pop 10 to 500

Majestic Column / Majestic:

• Ext BL 20 to 2500
• Trust ratio - .75 to 1.25

This way you are missing all brand / abbreviation domains.
