need help - blogspot to wordpress

Hi guys...

i just aquired a blogspot blog, it has about 250 posts of unique content, aged for about 7-8 months.. 3000 backlinks.. etc so its a really up to date blog... with a PR2

i really wanna transfer it to wordpress.
but i dont wanna lose the current PR2 or backlinks etc

is this at all possible?

any help appreciated

Wordpress has an imbedded function to import your blogspot articles, pages, comments...etc. The you just jump into Google Webmaster tools and let Google know you are transfer sites/domains and Google will transfer over to that site.

im guessing i will lose all my backlinks and current pr doing this?

Yes, they have a function to import article,pages and comments but not PR2 lol ^_^

I would say that you should stay on blogspot.
Why not start a new blog on wordpress then advertise that blog on your blogspot? in that way your wordpress blog will benefit and sooner get PR, also your PR2 blogspot blog will not say bye2. and stay intact and grow it's PR more
