Need help becoming Premium Member

Hello,

I would like to become premium member and I would like to pay for it but there is one tiny small problem.

I have ePASS account and I don't have paypal. Paypal does not approve my country for it.

Can I pay on some other way? Does any of the admins accept ePassporte payments?

Please let me know what I should do to become Premium Member.
