Ok, before I get flamed, don't want to get into the full details, but this person is a blatant scammer, and its going to be impossible to get money through court or whatever. But most likely, people search their name before hiring them for work, and I reckon I can hit them there. Was going to post in hire a freelancer, but think I'll discuss here before taking it there.
Won't be anything too defamatory on this site, but just stating the facts. Of course, there are some laws regarding this, and any normal web host will receive complaints and shut it down. However, just thought I'd pick the brains of everyone here to see if they know a good cheap webhost who would host this without any complaints. I do know some good foreign BP ones, but they are frigging expensive. And its important that my site ranks very high for their name, so if someone knows of a good service provider for that side of it, will need some suggestions.

I was shocked when I read 'hate site' but now I see you want to expose a scammer and you're worried about complaints.

Why make your own website and get hosting when you can expose scammers on other sites?

I did a quick check and came up with this one:

    Code:
    http://www.scam.com/

I'm sure you can find hundreds. Just go and start posting the scam and who did it to you everywhere you can. Put all the right keywords in you think people will use to look up the person in question and the forum pages will show up in search.

hehe, keep the forum threads alive too, scammer exposed lol

Why not use ripoffreport? Isn't that notorious for being a hassle to take down?

Yeah did think about that, but its not really an online service, so thats why I wanted to create my own site, plus, would be really good to tailor it so it hits for their name, as they will lose so much work.

Ok, posted on scams.com and ripoffreport, but what can I do to push these even higher up the rankings and really get it noticed? Its on page 1 already when you search for their name + location, but I really want it to be lethal and make it position 1 or something.
