Need good torrent uploader

I need someone who knows what they're doing when it comes to torrent uploading to upload 5-10 torrents per day to the best torrent sites. The perfect candidate is someone who knows how to get MAXIMUM traffic from torrents that will only last a few hours best (fake torrents etc).
