Need Good PopUnder Help

    I have tried PopUp Domination and it SUCKS...even when it is set to just pop when they exit the site it pops up as soon as they get on the site...is there ANY good pop under plugin for wordpress that will give a opt in offer as they leave the site? Please PM if you know of any! Thanks!
