I have a site - let's call it productos (dot) com - which is the e-commerce site i'm trying to get more traffic to. This site is selling house products.

I have 6 domains which have been registered in 2010.

They look something like that:

house-products.com
houseproducts.com

products-house.com
productshouse.com

productsforhouse.com
products-for-house.com

I would like to use these domains to create traffic to the main site, productos (dot) com
SEO is not my area... Are EMD's considered bad by g@@gle , or would it be wise and OKAY to use them in order to create traffic to the main site ?

What should I really do ? What would you do ? Thank you in advance for any good help / strategy / advices. I'm all ears.

Well domains per se are not considered good or bad according to google.

Now if you simply point all of them to your money site and 301, it'll raise flags.

If you develop the same content accross them, it'll raise flags.

So in the end what you want to do with them is either redirect them all to the main site so people can type any of them in (not for SEO but for usability) or you want to use them for SEO..

For SEO you need lots of work on each site, keeping them all separated, and it ends up becoming something of a PBN.

EMD still rank and bank.
Why not target all the same keywords across all 6 sites and tr take the top 6 spots in your niche ?

Thanks for both replies.

I think I should go that way. Need to learn more about PBN though, which is going to be time consuming for me right now, but I'm going to think about it.

I am going to target all the same keywords across all 6 sites and try to rank them to the top.

If more than one of those sites reaches page 1, be extra careful to keep them all separated. Especially do not include them on analytics or adsense, otherwise Google knows it's you.
