Need expert advice

Hi Guys,

I have a couple affiliate sites that I hope to not get deindexed. Do you think big G would consider it a form of cloaking to remove the direct affiliate links and then redirect to the affiliate sites from a directory that Gbot is blocked from via a robots file?

Hmm...I guess I'm answering my own question since the entire reason for doing this would be to hoodwink them to putting the sites higher in the serps.

Still...hearing others experiences and thoughts would be interesting....
