Im always up to a little challenge. IS proxies are very rare. Im currently doing a 1.2M scan for this country. So far I've found one L3 proxy which is very fast (10Mbps+ download speed).

If I find anonymous one, I'll update thread.

Update: After this scan, it ended up with no anonymous IS proxy.

That's all I found for now. The proxy is very fast though.
