Need Disclaimer for fitness product...Help!

    Im making my first fitness product and need a disclaimer. Can I just use one from another fitness product and change the name? If not where can i get them for cheap or free? Any suggestions? Help!

    pretty sure you can just take a similiar product and replace your brand over their, shouldent be no problem with disclaimers and legal notices

    It really depends what the disclaimer relates too, if your product needs the same disclaimer as another, simply copy it and then spin it and use it as your own.

    Yeah I mean the only issue with directly copying the disclaimer is it makes you look like you're just a copy cat if someone compares it to theirs but as long as you spin it as far as anyone reading it is concerned it is original and legitimate even if they do try to find a duplicate of it and even then most disclaimers are generic and likely to be similar.

    P.S. Remember if your product contains any "Terms and conditions" they would have to tick a box saying they accept them (I know that is different to a disclaimer but it's just for your reference)
