Need designer to spruce up my WordPress site

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to help me spruce up a WordPress site I have. It has a great number of hits, but they don't seem to be converting into sales. I attribute this to the crappy design.

I want someone to take my site and give it a make over, making it much more pleasing to the eye. I need a colour scheme deciding on, I need a flashy header created, and I need some opt-in graphics making.

I will provide an example of a site I'd like to model it on.

I'd hardly call it an insult. I appreciate it's to cut down on spammers, but it's quite impractical. I guess not everyone signs up and tries sending URLs though. Apologies if anyone has taken offense...

I can't seem to open a PM now either - it says I need 15 posts, strange because I had the PM dialog open a minute ago!

Perhaps "insult" was to strong of a word, but "sort it out mods" isn't the right tone either.

You can get to 15 posts pretty easy, W/O SPAMMING. Then you can PM.
