Need Customer Twitter Account

Hi All - I've recently tried to set up my twitter account but seems to keep running into the issue of not being able to activate using my mobile number.
I enter it, and it either stalls, and never sends a message, or it sends it like 2-3 days later.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Or if anyone can set me up an account with that function enabled that would be amazing.
