Need CPA offers that allow adult sites

Need CPA offers .. Something $20-$50 .. and either a way to mask the referrer OR one that is just "cool" with adult sites... Free this, free that, credit cards.. . give me ideas, PM your ref link but with some INFORMATION .. I don't want dry reflinks, please!! I'm having over 1,000,000 uniques a month and making just about nothing.. it's been all but impossible to upsell these idiots, so I NEED ideas.. thanks!!

Chances are pretty slim that you're going to find someone to spoon-feed you ideas.

I didn't expect anything for free..
Of course I've considered faking the referrers, etc..
I was just asking about CPA offers that would be OKAY with adult traffic.. .. . not how to do anything .. and I am willing to sign up through someone if they have a good idea ... I'm offering something, too, not begging for my hand to be held.. And like I said I've tried upselling almost everything..
