Need CPA Help (I'm a noob)

Hey guys,
I've created a site on blog.com
and I have got wordpress and movie stuff on it etc...
But I need a cpa site which will give me instant sign up and allow me to post ads to block people from seeing the movies until they fill out a survey. I would also like the cpa site to pay by paypal.
I really appeciate your help.

Im not sure I understand your question correctly but it sounds like you want to block your content so that visitors cannot get to it unless they fill our your survey. Look into bhcb or cpa lead if thats the case.

so u want to bascily make a survey pop up before they can enter ur page and make em fill it out if so i get what u mean thats what i will be doing

How about using surveymonkey and have them redirected to your aff link when they complete the survey?

CPA*Lead does this; they are called 'gateways'.

The payouts are low, so therefore, using something like BlackHatCodeBreaker would be better.
