if i pay 2000$ for marketing to get traffic,
how will i get the most high quality traffic who buy my products?

Ever tried Google adwords? You get very targeted traffic with it.

I agree with peter, also, you can market in niche sites for your own niche (buy banners, place ads etc.)

It helps for alexa ranking but not for getting buyers most of the time. In addition to the previous tips you can also make relevant comments on niche related blogs, submit quality article to eza and go articles, etc.
