Need Business advice - How to contact my team

Sometimes I want to contact one of my team to send a note about something he did or to tell them to do x thing and I feel lazy to move each time (We are in different room but same office)
I check what they do via anydesk but if you have something better suggest me
I send them messages via google sheet since most of the work use that but sometimes they don't see that since there is no notification on it
so I want to send message and pop up on windows show to them or something

Discord or asana. You have the control unlike Skype or telegram.

I was thinking more about Monday.com, as they have notifications, etc. I think a lot of them have free trials, if I am not mistaken, so you can test and see what works.

If they have Google Sheets opened, then they most likely have a google account they use associated to the job.

+1 for Monday we tried Asana and it has too much learning curve for simple team management.
