Hi,
I need a reliable supplier of VCCs preferably that have bins in the U.S. The limit can be set at $0.01, I wouldn't be making any charges but using for verification. If anyone is willing to supply in large quantities please post or message me. I'm open to all payment methods. I'm not looking to pay anywhere near $5 a VCC, so if that is your price goodbye.
I also know anyone with a Citibank credit card can create VCCs. Unfortunately, I am not a US Citizen.
