Right now the report is at #1 when you search for my name. There have been over 5 reports in the past 1 month. Only one report is ranking above 10 but the one that is ranking is ranking #1. That report has been revised several times so Google sees it as more relevant. The person that is doing this never had a professional relationship with me and has no business leaving "reports." All of this is revenge for breaking up with her.

I've hired SEO companies. They have helped get rid of most of these reports but I have a feeling that this last one is going to require a highly aggressive specialized approach. I'm not confident that regular SEO can handle it on their own.

Let me know if you can help.

The problem with your situation is that the "Ripoff Report" is given a lot of authority so bringing it down from #1 is going to be a little difficult. Do you have registered or a FaceBook and Twitter accounts set up? If not, these are things you may want to focus on as it'll help to bring down these negative results.

If these don't work, try to get in touch with the Ripoff Report and explain to them what is happening and see if they can somehow assist you with the removal of these pages/posts.

If the site is reputable in the eyes of Google forget about penalizing it, instead of that start creating positive reports and rank them as high as possible so you would outrank that bad report. You should also create all possible social network profiles with your name there ( as Veyron recommended above ) as they will get ranked quickly.
Basically, rank anything that is related to your name in positive or neutral content and hope that you will outrank that negative report sooner or later.
